If you can get just a replacement short block 351W, buy your motor that way. Then put the good cam and heads on it. Otherwise, just get the whole motor for $600, and sell the cam and heads.
Anyone that tells you that they can push 400 horsies out of a stock 302, and sell it to you for $500, is smoking funny cigarettes! OK? So now it's a no-brainer.
