My 48 IDA's flow aroung 330 per barrell but go to individual runners. It doesn't sound like you have an individual runner set up. I think the IR setup is where the torque is created. If your 2 carbs are on a plenum shared by all cylinders, then I doubt you will see a big difference in torque. That is just my guess. It would still look cool!
