Since the replacement units are the not the same part number for either Left or Right (minus the mirrored levers) but the internals Nuts/Pistons/Bearing are the same. I think its safe to say they are all RH threaded.

On a side note the 10MM lever retaining bolt is probably only 10-15ft lb and the 32 MM housing nut is the 75-90 ft lb.
