Any idea what kind of lap times Russell was turning in it? I've tracked with a lot of Z06s but never a ZR1, and I'm very curious.

I'M glad you didn't run me over. I wasn't abandoning ship, just pouring a Coke out.
No idea what his times were. I was laughing too hard to look over at the speedo. Again, take that traction control off, I bet he could drop a bunch of time off. Russell is one hell of a driver. So is Roy with the blue Mustang. As I posted before, those two are front runners while I run mid-pack. Don't get to dice it up with them.
Racing wheel to wheel really brings you into focus. Take away all the obsticles (other cars), the track looks 100' wide. Give Russell that car and a full weekend at the track, I say he'd give the member with the record a run for his money. Long live CVAR!!!!!

Here's my last one, some pics and video of the sights (and sounds!) of the paddock:

Thanks again to John, Jay, and everyone else who had a hand in putting the track day together. It was a blast. As you can probably see from the video, if you didn't come by you missed some amazing cars, not to mention some great folks.

ERA 745 HHR Session 1
Here is me ... first time out on the 17" Nitto NT05s, They were about as sticky as the 15" Billboards, but I didn't slide it around much. Watch for the #10 Mustang going off at the top of the hill on lap 3. First you see a cloud of dust, then there he is looking at you
