That's just plain rude. I always wonder when someone does that to me if they died or something. Especially if someone else comes along. I've had "X" interested, they disappeared and "Y" bought it. I even called and left a message for "X" to s*** or get off the pot. No response, sold to "Y". "X" calls back, explain I sold to "Y", and that I'd told "X" that he had a deadline. There were two happy people - Me and "Y". Oh Well.
