Default bows for top

I have the canvass top for my Excal but am missing the bows. Would anybody be willing to share your bows for a few weeks so that I can have new ones made? Needless to say I'll cover all shipping.

Else, does anyone know whether bows for other replicas might fit an Excal?

Thumbs up For register Excal AC Cobra from Milwaukee

Hello, i am from Switzerland, french part near Montreux.
I just bought an Excal AC Cobra with the end number : SM1 230 84.
Does'it mean that it's the 84 th one built in Milwaukee ?
I am crazy about that car, my dream car since 30 years, i have a small Cobra 1/24 !
And now i bought a real one 1/1 ok just 302 ci and 230 CV, but budget is the limit!
I would be happy to know if there are still people on that excal Cobra site!
Hope to hear from you !

Default Excalibur Jacket For Sale

I have an original Excalibur light weight embroidered jacket for sale, size large, excellent. See details in For Sale. Sold car and think an Excalibur owner should have this original factory accessory. I don't get on the site much, so sent replies through the email channel on the classified listing.

0986 are the last 4 digit of my VIN#, don't know where to look for the serial number on the chassis if it has one. Did a VIN# decode on it and it comes back Classic Roadster Cobra built in Fargo,ND in 1993. I definitely need help to figure this one out!

Are you sure its not a CR? I'm pretty sure they are very similar.

In my research on Classic Roadsters I believe I read that they did not keep good records and the VIN# and were produced by the state at the time of titling. I have searched scores of cobras that have a similar VIN# structuring and found that the door design on the Classic Roadster is different than the one on my car that matches the Excalibur car door.

Classic Roadster ex. 4CRDAK127MF000020
4CRDAK122NF000363

Excalibur ex. 4CRDAK121PF000986

Correct me if I am wrong; but I was able to obtain an assembly manual for a Classic Roadster and I believe the used a donor car whereas the Excalibur does not. I looked under my car and the suspension is built similar to a race car with wishbone control arms. Welcome your reply

You are correct the the Classic Roadsters used a Mustang 11 Donor car I think it was. I had one of the older ones several years ago and I got rid of all of that and used new suspension and steering parts.

By chance would you have the bumper piece that is mounted to the frame below the oil cooler? Also, any pictures of the hardtop?
