That may be the way laws work in your former country but according to the digital millennium copyright act simply copying a photo from the Internet and applying for a "trademark" doesn't make it yours. First of all learn what a Trademark actually is, you would be applying for a copyright. Even if the original photographer doesn't file, they still own the copyright to the photo. By your company using then attempting to Trademark it makes you the thief in this instance. I know both Mr. Mustang and Greg M (owner of one of the many pictures you've stolen) and this is not a case of so and so knows so and so. Give it up. This is a losing battle you're facing.
