As I read Hal's STORY he never broke the law (The Porsche Driver may have when he punched it at speed) and was just blasting his throttle as the Porsche driver was stuck in traffic. I would guess Bill S has blipped his throttle at one time or another. If not why does he advertise his Contemporary as "427 FE powered Contemporary Cobra, fun, fast, and all mine"?

Hal was having fun with a fellow performance car driver and maybe flexing his muscle. If the driver of the Porsche does not want to have debris from the road hitting his car he should have left it at the showroom and never put it on the street. Hal was just spicing up the story when he stated the pipes threw up debris. Yes, it was loud and yes the exhaust gas was sent in the way of the Porsche driver but no harm was done. Now if Hal had pulled up next to him at a light and challenged him to a race and they went off on an illegal high speed race thru public streets then Hal would deserve a little chastising. To chastise him for blipping his throttle at a guy who had punched it earlier is no harm no foul.

Bill get over it please. You are starting to make MEAT sound civil.
