I doubt if and when there ever is a settlement either side is going to be completely happy. Of course there are three sides to this, Shelby, those he is suing, and the lawyers for each group. Now the lawyers will most likely be happy as they will wind up with most of the money.
And to all the lawyers out there, this is not a knock on you, just a statement of what has happened to me in a couple of suites where I was awarded money and got about 1/4th of it. So don't get all riled up and start a war over this as it is not meant in any bad context.

Press release sounds good, always like the other side of the story put CS actions over the last 20 + years in perspective-it is always about the money! for some.
Not for me though- I am about the car. SAAC in my opion has always been stright up.

Dave, yes. We already have many replicas owners as members. You don't need to own a car to join either.
I believe we had a replicas on the track at carroll's birthday weekend as well.

Does anyone else find it odd that SAAC files a complaint against Shelby on 1/28/08, then a press release from SAAC on 1/31/08 and at the same time someone is purchasing large quantities of stock? Something is going on and if red lights go off at the SEC, there's gonna be more trouble.
