Hi Tenrocca

Sorry to disappoint all the racers out there but i only ever intended it to be a street car.

It will be a very nice car to drive and enjoy the experience to own a truly iconic replica of an original legend .

Cheers

Brad.

Very nice stuff. I like the heaters. Where did you get those.
Just a offbeat question, with all that aluminium and fibreglass, will you have trouble with the sensors at the traffic lights not picking up the car?

John's car is a street car, going through the rego process at the moment, but won't be street registered for the Nationals. That's if he decides to take it, it still needs some work done and hasn't been driven in anger yet.

They are the optional big HP headers we do for the PACE 427. Running off a couple of sets for customers. They are 1 7/8" primaries with high flow tube routing. Perfect for an LSA where you want to get a bit extra out of it. We use the same headers for underbody system and side pipes.

All our headers feature bolt up individual 4 pipe custom flange. So means the 4 primary pipes are kept separate throughout the flange so can be used for side pipes or for underbody system. Our underbody system runs out in the same direction as side pipes.

Also means you can swap relatively quickly between side pipes and underbody system, just unbolt the front connecting tube for underbody system and bolt on the side pipes. Underbody for street use, side pipes for track use etc.

The demisters are a standard part of PACE 427 kit. Uses a plastic moulded ducted housing (made by us) and electric demister motors. Very effective as they are fast acting. They provide both cool and heated air.

If you are chasing actual heaters, I have not found heaters to be effective unless you have the roof on with closed windows. We recommend customers configure their seats so they are heated as that is much more effective in my opinion.

We do supply a forced fresh/cold air system with the kit as well. Provides ducted fresh air separately into both drivers and passenger footwell areas. Airflow is controlled by concealed pull vents. Air ducts are pressure fed from main air intake on front of the body. We don't use the brake ducts for fresh air as we find these don't provide the amount of air required. We instead supply plastic ducts to make the brake ducts functional for their original purpose. I believe the brake ducts also look far better if they are actually connected and not just sitting their empty.
