Thanks for the welcomes,

Regarding the wipers,,, I have tried every conceivable combination of ways to wire the goofy thing and I'm back to the original setup. I have one speed and no park, I have to fiddle the switch to stop them at the bottom. This something I will just have to deal with until I buy a new motor with the proper set up I'm guessing..
