Yeah Bob Briggs in Pascagoula, Mississppi..."ONLY BEEN HERE TWO MONTHS!"
I tried to repair it on my own, but did not have the right tools. I finally had my metal fabricator fix the pipe...at additional cost to me. They had managed to dent the pipe in UNDERNEATH the tab that bolts the sidepipe to the header...by far....THE worst possible place to damage the pipe.
What realy pisses me off is that after they damaged the pipe, I returned them and I heard nothing for almost a month. I told them how to package the pipe and send it to me. Bob Briggs said, "Those are good points, I'll make sure I follow this procedure with all Cobra pipes from here on out".....The package arrives 2 weeks later...packaged the same old way...WITH MORE DAMAGE!!!!!
The beauty of JHC's old operation was I could drive down to PA, drop off and pick up the pipe.
I AM CONVINCED THAT IS THE ONLY REAL WAY TO AVOID DAMAGE.
From here on out, I will drive to Airborn in CT.
