Well members,
In case you don't remember, way back when I think in March, I had a problem with Jet Hot screwing up my sidepipes.
After two attempts, the pipes were damaged in transit both times. At this point, I gave up and vented my concerns on this forum.

Well, I am happy to say that on Thursday I received a phone call from a representative of Jet Hot. They had heard about my problems.

How? They read about it right here on CLUB COBRA!!!!!! Needless to say, the gentleman that I spoke to the other day (Chris) had been scanning the Net and found our website. He read the thread (located on the Consumer Forum) and showed it to the owner of Jet Hot....He was NOT pleased with what he read. In fact he was so disappointed, the owner was going to call me personally to apologize.

But, instead of that he is doing the following:

- Refunding (credit to my Credit card) the full value of my order...totaling over $500!!!!

- Has fired the manager of operations in Missisippi.

- And had decided to move the operations BACK to Bridgeport, PA.

I am happy that this story has a happy ending. Jet Hot may also be getting in touch with other members of this forum to speak about their problems as well.

I would personally like to thank Chris and the owners of Jet Hot for acknowledging that their was a problem with their operation and not only correcting it but also making good with their existing customer base. MY HAT IS OFF TO YOU FOR STEPPING UP TO THE PLATE!!!!

In addition, I would like to add, that this shows the power of the Internet when used properly. I feel that this forum is now making a difference with the businesses that we deal with.

AGAIN...THANK YOU JET HOT...YOU'VE WON ME BACK!!!!

I talked to the owner in PA about a month ago and told him about all of the problems with his operation in Mississipi. He indicated at that time things were better. I had told him there was quite a discussion on Clubcobra.
Great to hear he took further action!
