HMMM so are you Foosh;)

LwCwb 01-20-2005 04:44 AM

Where have you been? (Clay)

EarlsflyinCobra 01-20-2005 04:49 AM

Hey, check out the "unlock your car via cell phone" forum...he-he

Ron61 01-20-2005 05:21 AM

Earl,

That was quite a deal. Still laughing at that. Why not do what I do and just carry a hideway key. My only trouble would be remembring where I have it as I have never used it. Of course the simple solution is to not lock the keys in the car in the first place.

Ron :D

trularin 01-20-2005 05:52 AM

So, let's see we have about four inches on the ground and I haven't plowed, blown or shoveled yet.

Too damn tired to clear a 1000 foot driveway. But hey, we have a heat wave, it's 18 outside.

Ron, what do you drive if you have to go out and it's poopy outside? Got a PU myself.

Mike, you probably know more than you are going to get from shop class, however, those tidbits of information that you don't know round off the experience. Go for it. I have been teaching my sons as much as I can ( and as much as they want ) before I kick.

CG??? CG??? What have you guys been brainwashed into?? Kristen, how did you get CG for a nick name??? Cobra Godess? Oh NO! There goes the neighbor hood.

Hope you have a good time at Disney!

Well, I have to work ( yuck ) so, I'll try to stop by later.

:3DSMILE:

Ron61 01-20-2005 06:44 AM

Tru,

I have a 1965 Comet Calentie that is my daily driver. Just a little 289 with a 2 barell carb and an automatic, but it is a good little car. Just getting hard to find parts for.
I am not sure who gave Kristen the nick name CG, but that made her forget her Moderator Ring for a few minutes.

Ron :)

hey,littlecobra 01-20-2005 06:55 AM

I believe it was GR, (not edley!) about 50 pages back......
Ron. How many cars do you have? the cobra, the comet, the torino (?). Anything newer than 65??
Nice to see you back, Clay. We have our little regulars, with a surprise returnee occasionally. Keep waiting for Rick to jump back in.
I still have that moderator ring.
Kristen

WoW, Kristen, Nice engine.

I think I saw this one before. Still good.

clayfoushee 01-20-2005 09:09 AM

I've been watching you guys.........just busy with work and other odds and ends.

Gary, Duh who did you think I was?

Foosh

Ron61 01-20-2005 09:16 AM

Kristen,

I just have the three cars. The Torino Cobra is a 1969, no smog as it is a historical vehicle. I like cars that I can open the hood and actually see the engine in. I have been kind of looking at a 1938 Ford Touring Car. No smog there either. :D

hey,littlecobra 01-20-2005 12:18 PM

I've been patiently waiting for SOMEONE to notice my new avatar! Do ya'll not notice, not care, or not comment???
OOHHH. almost 2. life gets crazy here at 2. Had a nice scrapbook gathering, 4 came, and it was fun. Now starts the kid life..... carpool mom from hell....

Ron61 01-20-2005 12:23 PM

Kristen,

Yes I noticed your new avatar the other day but with so many changing in the past week or so I figured you were just getting in on the changes. :)

Have you talked Pepe into comeing home or is he still hiding because of the threat of those 17" wheels? :D :D

Ron

hey,littlecobra 01-20-2005 12:30 PM

Who knows when Pepe is coming home?? Gary, KC, and I have been in phone communication regarding the transmission fixes for him. Needs a new clutch, too. I just wait and see. I'm just hoping to have him back by the texas meet March 17!! :JEKYLHYDE
GOTTA GO!!
It's all about supporting the economy. Hubby gives me money, I give it to KCMotorsports. Rob can feed his kids. Hubby's trucks get the food to the store. He gets money for the delivery. I get money. It's all about supporting the economy, RIGHT???

hey,littlecobra 01-20-2005 12:31 PM

And, I've never changed my avatar in 10 months on CC, and it took about 2 hours to "shrink" the photo to fit. I'm quite impressed with myself (YOU know my computer skills, or lack thereof) and I was looking for a little pat on the back!
I have got to go! I'm outta here...

Ron61 01-20-2005 01:00 PM

Well you did a good job of shrinking it. Now what is It?? :D :D

Gee, just pop in and then run. I am going to get out of here soon too as the temperatureis now up to 58 and climbing. Sun has burned the fog away and I have to go get Teddy at the vets later so may go early and browse the stores. Can't afford anything, but I can look with the best of them. :o

Cobra for Mike !! :)

LwCwb 01-20-2005 03:30 PM

Geeze, what did that guy do to that poor FE? Thats not what Carbureator studs are for. If it was a SBC with that cheese on it, I wouldn't mind but not an FE!!!!

Edley Rondinone 01-20-2005 09:02 PM

Kristen: Look for the Franklin Mint website, and there is a picture of a die-cast Cobra, with a cobra snake paint job, and the pic shows a beautiful woman in a seductive pose with the car. I noticed your avatar, but real pics dont make for good ones...maybe something with less detail would look OK!

LwCwb 01-21-2005 04:40 AM

Wanted to be the 1700th poster:p :D
