Mike,
You don't feel bad about school. You just miss being able to shovel the snow. :D Take care and get over it soon. We need your posts. Kristen is starting to agree with me once in a while and that is scary. :D Ron  |
Ron,
You haven't taken up "scrapbooking" yet have you?;) |
Clay,
Not yet, but that may be a possiblility if my hip starts pinching that nerve any worse. But my scrap books won't be of cars. :D Darn this not having any insurance. For only about $80K I could have surgery and have this problem fixed. But then comes the shoulder, other knee, stomach, and of course the head needs replacing. :( Ron **) |
Ron, you just need a brain transplant. I have a very scary picture in my mind with you having a 20 y/o's brain. I can honestly say that I dont miss the snow, its starting to melt.:)
Shouldn't I be in school right now? |
Wait till our cold spell gets to your section of the country. It's like -6 this morning. Very cold for people not used to it, I had to wear a coat to work today.
|
I'm sorry, but -6 and I would "NOT" be going to work, coat or no coat. I do not envy you Tru but I do admire you for withstanding the bitter temp's.
|
Mike, why are you "on" CC? Shouldn't you be in school?
|
I SHOULD be in school, but I got at the most an hour and a half of sleep last night, a raging headache, fever, ect ect ect, I think I'll go lay down now.
|
Mike,
Glad that your snow is starting to melt. From what I saw on the news last night I am sure that Boston would be happy to let you have all you want. :) Kristen, Mike isn't in kindergarden, at least physically, so he should be allowed to skip a day of school occasionally. Besides he spends a lot of time trying to figure out how to get his Cobra. :3DSMILE: Ron :JEKYLHYDE |
Sorry you're sick, Mike! Take some motrin, or flu type stuff, and spend the day in bed.
:( |

|
You seriously think he'd tell you?
Mothers are in a no "need to know"category between the ages of 14 and adulthood for young lads;) |
thank heaven for small mercies.
I don't worry about #1 son. He just is not into girls YET. Still plays sports, talks army, hunting, etc. Now #2??? Casanova.... He's 12, in 6th grade and wants to go on a "date" to a movie with a girl in 7th grade. no way. She is quite mature for her age, and wowzer, l@@ks pretty good, I'm sure ya'll know what I mean. no way. He never met a girl he didn't like..... Just got home a while ago from basketball, basketball, basketball. I'm wiped out, and going to bed. g'nite!!! |
G.R.- ;)
I leave for a day and look what happens to this thread! |
Mike,
Glad to see you back. Hope that you are over whatever you had. It must be contagious as I spend most of yesterday in bed feeling as if I was never going to be able to get up again. Upset stomach, hurt all over, and really expecting parts to start falling off at any second. I have to go to the doctor and see if he can figure out what is going wrong. Boy, to feel so good and then just get up one morning and feel as if I have died and just not fallen down yet. What a change. Kristen, Let #2 son go on his date. Just because the girl is in the 7th grade isn't enough reason to nix it. And if she is THAT mature send me her address. :) I know several young guys here that could definately use some maturity. Ron :D |
