Guess ing someone left you some form of poor feedback because you left them poor feedback?
Since I got screwed on ebay... and paypal... I use them little as possible. Aparently it's ok to buy something on ebay from someone. Leave them positive feedback. Tell them how great the item is in emails. And then after having the item for 11 months... file for a refund on the grounds that "the item was not as described!" Worst part is that I would not have even known that the $575 was refunded if I hadn't logged into my paypal to pay for somehting. The item was returned to me after I argued with them about it. Even though it was junk because the buyer had taken it apart and lost parts. I was out my item and $575. Oh well... live and learn. I don't use paypal for anything if I can help it and rarely buy anything on ebay anymore.
