OK I will leave Gary's question up for a little bit longer but then we will move on.

Everyone,
I really want everyone to participate in this thread. It has been a blast and we have had a lot of laughs. I just ask that if you post a question please follow through with the hints until someone answers the question or you win and have to give us the answer.

gsharapa 08-16-2007 08:24 AM

I will leave it to the daddy to respond if he wishes.....

Next Question:
Where did Ray Russell's Cobra come from?

Ed Csoltko 08-16-2007 02:26 PM

The now extinct Lumber Yard Motor Sports in Wimberly Texas. Ray saw the SPF sitting in the Lumber Yard display room during our Spring Meet Cruise back in 2001.

4RE KLR 08-16-2007 03:19 PM

Yea that was too easy.

Nice Car Ray.

4RE KLR 08-16-2007 03:23 PM

Next question,

OK
Not all of you had seen my car when I had it but a lot of you did. The car was featured on the cover of Kit Car Magazine in October 2001. There was a "how to" article on the paint job. There were many coats of paint, and clear, then the stripes, then the ghost flames and then the clear again.

How many coats total went on the car?

4RE KLR 08-16-2007 07:15 PM

OK here is a hint;
It was more than 25 coats

4RE KLR 08-16-2007 07:17 PM

Come on .....

It doesn't cost anything to guess! LOL

Wammy 08-16-2007 07:28 PM

2000 coates.

jshel1 08-16-2007 09:06 PM

Dr. Evil guesses one milllllllion coats.

gsharapa 08-16-2007 10:19 PM

Who owned Ray Russell's Superformance Cobra before him and where did he get it?
