Duane I think that most of the ideas for next year are great. If the numbers of attendees increases over 150 (double this year) there would be a need to change how some events are run. Too many cars for the cruise and possibly for the Fernley track. It might require several events going on at the same time to fit everything into two days.
On another note from this year. Is there any way that you could make a T-shirt with the art from the poster? Several people have told me that they would buy this shirt. I would get 2 or 3 myself.
How about anyone else? I know that a bunch would have to be produce to keep the price reasonable.

 Dick

Duane,I agree, I think a trip to tahoe and possile a cruise around the lake would be better than that LONG trip to VA City.

 Hi Dick,
I was sort of wondering if this idea would fade out, and it has not. About 25 people at the Bash asked the same question, and I still get emails for it. As you may be aware, I wanted to do these for the Bash and did not to help someone else that wanted those snake shirts instead. I now wish I had done the toon shirts anyhow, but I was trying to help out a friend of a friend; starving new artist.

If you REALLY want the hotel/car/toon shirts, and if we can get about 20 more takers, I will see about doing a run of them in Beefy T's. I'd like to have 4 of them for myself and may even make them for next years bash. Thanks.

INQUIRY:
If anyone wants one of these, send an email to wscb@comcast.net and I'll put you on a list. If we can get 20 or more, I'll get it going.

				 Ideas brewing...
Here is a quick update about what is already being planned if interested in whats being discussed. Lots of input being incorporated.

- Still trying to decide if we'll be doing it at the Peppermill. The analysis report is not back yet. We'll see. I hope to know something within the next 30 days. Two other locations have already contacted me trying to get us to their location instead.

- We are going to limit it to 150-200 cars max and will be doing early registration for 1st year attendees by February 15th and a FIRM deadline by April 15th this time for newcomers with no exceptions. We decided its not about quanity and more about just having people there that want to be there for fun.

- Same theme requested again by many - low key, simple, no vendors, no stress. Just hanging out together, doing some drives, get togethers, and having fun.

- Separate track day on Friday. Licensed Group or Driving school only. An early Friday drive over to the track for those that just want to check it out and come back to the hotel.

- A Saturday Drive over to North Shore Tahoe for a park lunch or lunch at one of a few places we're looking at this summer. Splitting up into groups for traffic control for sure.

- Better BBQ on Friday/Saturday with awards of appreciation outside around the same time, and earlier. Pre-paid at hotel registration time as TBD .

- Many asking for the poster art to be shirts instead. We may do those early in '05 or soon, and another one with a different them in back of it; or something totally accurate too for the 2nd shirt. Beefy Ts for sure.

- Not sure if we are going to do hats again unless people really want them. I want to spice up that snake logo a bit more on the hats and go for the next notch up in quality on the hats too.

More information forthcoming. THANKS.

Are you sure that the Calif. guys are going to want to back track and go towards the North side of Lake Tahoe? Don't forget that the Snakes To The Lake trip might decide to run that route also then the Bash guys might be "burned out" on the Lake Tahoe idea. Just my .02!If you have the fear of having too many cars at the next Bash for the Saturday cruise, you could always run half of them one way and the other half the opposite direction!

Duane, I would also be interested in 4 of the "Toon" shirts if you decide to do it.

Duane it looks like there is interest in the "toon" shirts. Do we need to pay you now or after the shirts are made?

Dick,Probably before. I'm planning on getting a few quotes and quality checks this week to see who can produce what in Black shirts; and there is the challenge. They have to lay down white first, and it costs a little more and a bit more tricky to do correctly.

I should know a little more in a week or so. Email me back then. I have a few inquiries out already. Thanks.

Depends on what the "toon" shirt logo looks like, and I would want some! Is it the logo on Decooney's post, right above THIS post?

 Mike,
Yep - thats an earlier revision of it.

The new revision is solid black, just like the poster on this page. See the memorabilia link.
