We need to coordinate the teching a bit, and the right side/left side brain guy, although providing some good info, was ill-timed after we were already a bit worn out from the necessary track instruction and dividing into groups. His comments may have been more beneficial after a few runs...lunchtime maybe?
Other than that, great! Our instructor ("Bob" in the red Stealth) was extremely nice and informed. Tell ET she done good!
