I was thinking along the same lines as Keith. The only caveat is that flipping a CSX (in this lumbering economy, and especially ensuring you have the most popular color/stripe combo) is easier said than done. An easy $5K if you select the right combo and can market it aggressively. For builders like Keith, should be even easier.
