Carroll decided to deep six the "Completion program" until he was deep sixed?

I guess at least he was smart enough to try this again when he wasn't around anymore.

Has anyone called the number in the article to see if they are in fact representing these chassis as "original" 1965 chassis that have been in storage for 50 years?
