Pat gets punchy when his sand colored beast is cooped up in its cocoon.

Is it still in the bubble?

I was just down in the garage checking her over for a possible maiden drive tomorrow.

Congrats. Seems like the East coast had a long winter.
If it makes you feel any better, I had to put on a jacket for my 7AM drive, although it was unzipped. The mid 50's will chill a native Californian to the bone.

I have had A BDR with a coyote motor with 492HP and a T56 transmission for approx 2 1/2 years now. Never had a problem with the windshield, motormounts or the differential. I have had a lot of fun with it so far.

Don't know who has been giving you false information. Fake News problably.

Maybe you should buy a Motorhome and wrap it and make it look like a Cobra.

Welcome to the party! What year was your car made? What does fun mean car shows? How much HP and torque does your little motor make?

No need hauss - there's a whole bunch of finer gentlemen than me already on the job. If, however, you decide to expand your search to include Unique Motorcars and their beautiful Cobra replicas, I'll be there for you.

OK, you're starting to get the hang of things. I might have used "teeny weeny," but "little" was just fine.

hauss, I bought my BDR in 2015 (New Car). It has a Coyote 5.0 which has now 492 HP with 418 LBS of torque, these are Dyno numbers. It has a T56 with a 391 LSD Differential. The Coyote is a great motor every time you hit the start button it starts no issue. From my perspective it HAULS ASS. The owner of Backdraft Regg Dodd took care of all the little issues it had. They all have issues no matter what brand you buy. The only problem is they don't return calls, but since I live near their showroom I just go there when I need something.

I have had a lot of fun with it just driving it around, I have been to two shows where people just come and show their cars (no trophies to win). I would recommend a BDR to anyone.

We are having great weather too and today starts Kool April Nights week with shows and things every day until the big show next Saturday. It was 86 here yesterday and will be in the 80s today but we have a light wind which is really blowing the pollen and making my sinuses miserable. Sorry about getting off topic for the thread.

Maybe a compromise is in order. A motorhome with an FE and sidepipes?

That looks like Elmer Fudd in the old "Peace and Weewaxation" cartoon. One of my personal favorites.

Patrick,

Do you not know the difference between Elmer Fudd and Mr. Magoo?

Well, I wondered about that. Perhaps if I had heard him speak and he sounded like Thurston Howell, III.
