I went into a Ford dealer looking at the new T-Bird when it first came out. I asked how much and the dealer said $20,000 over cost. I never responded and never looked back. They lost that sale and a customer. That attitude I am sure did not help sales. I know this case is a little differant but I can't see paying over cost on any new vehicle. No offense Steve!
