FE's have a reputation for leaking, so that, in it of itself, shouldn't be a deal breaker for someone out there. Is the block an aluminum CSX block? If so, the early CSX blocks did have problems, which by the drilling of a hole, can be repaired.
First hand knowledge is always better than armchair quarterbacking from CA. That's for sure. Of course, maybe you're "sandbagging" everyone that you can buy it cheaper.   (just kidding around). |
