Also, those additional parts like the oil puke tank, coolant recovery, and other Kirkham options (powdercoated bulkhead, wheelwell foam, Halon system, adjustable seat tracks, etc.) probably add another 2-3 thousand. Further, the dual quad setup is probably worth a couple grand, if done right.

I'm curious what block was used for the build. Certainly not a very good ad or detailing the car for sale.
