Since it's cut out of a flat sheet, I don't understand why the foot box opening can't be pre-cut at the factory. I don't even think it's an add-on option.
Hell, I would have paid a little extra (if required) to have this done for me at the factory, because I can tell you, it was a PITA! |

I think it fits in the tunnel but because the trans im using is quite deep in its construction they raise the engine and trans a bit but all within the standed trans tunnel
