767, if when it is finished and you need to set the chassis up with alignment and scaling i could provide that service. if the car is shipped from mi to i believe tx i am just south of kansas city and might be on the way. i have a hunter alignment machine and the scales and lift to do the setup. someone familiar with your setup would be helpful.
good luck.

Wow, that's great! Thanks so much. I'd love to be able to drive the car to Houston when it's done. I know it's not too smart, but boy would that ever be fun if the weather cooperated. I don't know how K.C. lays in relation to the route, but I appreciate the offer so much. All you guys are just tremendous.

I know what I AM going to be doing tomorrow... I'm going "White Linen" Glove shopping!
Then I think I will do something mundane........like sterilizing my tools!

Or you could go ahead and get the Mountaineer's motor out for me... Hey, a guy can dream can't he?
Anyways... Just thought I'd introduce myself as Ed Comb's "personal mechanic." Ford Senior Master technician, specializing in Diesels (ugh), transmissions, and electical. Been working for Ed on and off for about 9 months now, doing what I can to help out with various projects. It appears as though 767's Cobra is going to be making it's way up here to Michigan, and Ed has my open offer to any help on this little adventure, so you may be hearing from me down the road as this gets underway. Long story short, nice to meet y'all and seeing what you're doing for this gentleman reminds me that no matter how hard life kicks you in the teeth, there's someone willing to lend a hend.

Thanks so much, Robert. I look forward to meeting you and thanking you in person when I can get up to Ed's place to help out on the occasions that I'm able.
