Ford FE speciification for 482 cu in 10.5:1 Compression 4.125" x 4.125" bore x stroke producing 582 HP @ 6000 RPM W/ 593 ft/lbs Tq @ 4680 RPM

Your displacement is actually 445" if your specs you listed are correct. My KC built, Pond block side-oiler is a true 482" and it's 4.25" x 4.25".

I bet that was a typo on his part. I actually do have the 4.125" stroker crank in my block, along with a 4.155" bore. Of course that opens up the debate as to whether a 4.125" crank revs faster than a 4.250" crank, all things being equal. Personally, I have always believed that the shorter stroke results in a shockingly improved rev factor.
