Just a note about the "branded" title, since it states "rebuilt salvage", it may be required to pass a stand alone "safety inspection" at a state run testing facility. I'd question the current owner on the title status as that alone would knock 20-30% of the real world value off the car. Was the car in an accident, flood, Katrina??????? If so, do you really want it at the price you are paying?
