Then you shouldn't worry. Just double check your paperwork and make sure that everything the DMV gave back to you that day is in order. If you don't see any mistakes with the Year Built, Year Sold, TIN #, your name, address or other personal information and all fees and taxes are paid, then the certificate should be coming in the mail.
Good luck.

There is a beer in there somewhere
Rodknock, every time I see this thread pop up I think well finally he got it ! and after what we all went through its a big deal . We live in a state where we have to jump through the hoops to drive our cars , the other states have no idea what its like. I have stories of states where the patrolman comes to your house and checks your lights, horn ,ect ...yea right not in CA. Good luck I really think you have enough documentation to pull it off, but if we cross paths i got your beer. WD

Rod, me too. Every time this thread pops up I jump on it thinking your problem has been resolved. The fact some are still getting SB100's in the mail makes me think there's still hope for you. Hang in there, I'm sure everyone is pulling for you.

What makes it worse is that I get to think about the certificate coming all day long, since my mail isn't delivered until 5-6 PM. Sometimes even later than that. I wish I had morning mail. Actually, if I'm wishing, then I wish I had the darn thing already and this thread would be archived.

Well I am DONE! and have the completed SB100 Registration in hand, and label on the car! It sure feels good. I had the Referee appt today and they were very cordial and pleasant to deal with. The Referee and his assistant seemed to have a soft spot for Cobras. They took quite a fancy to the car and showed me on his computor all the pictures of the various Cobras that had been through his facility. He had never done one with Webers and thought it was injection until late in the process. I'm glad that Monkey is off my back.
A funny thing happend while I was there. At the begining he had me pull the front wheels into the cradle with the Dyno rollers and they then put chocks infront and behind the rear wheels.
Part way through the process the person for the next Referee appointment strolled up. I heard the Referee say that he had been in several times for citations he had previously received. He started asking some questions about the engine (hood was up) and what type of injection it was? I corrected him and briefly educated him (Honda boy) that they were 48 IDA Webers, bla bla bla.... Then he said "These are real nice cars but I didn't know they were "Front wheel Drive".

Rick,
Great news! I bet that's a big relief. Did they ask you where you wanted the sticker? Did you visit the DMV and finalize everything?
My car is in Reno for some repairs, so I haven't made my appt. at the BAR yet?

Yes I returned to DMV and the SB100 posting was in the computor from my Referee visit 1/2 HR earlier. I was in and out in 15 minutes.
He allowed me to put the sticker on the car while he witnessed it. I was surprised that the adhesive is not any stronger.
I want to put some sort of clear protector over it and am wondering if anyone has done this? What was used?
I really want to say my experience at the Referee was very favorable, and easy.
BUT the car does have a Carbon Footprint if you know what I mean.

What referee station did you visit? Someone mentioned that they covered their SB100 sticker with clear tape to protect it. I read a post that UPS drivers use some sort of special clear tape (not sure if it's any better than a high quality clear packing tape) that works.

Rick,
Did the BAR tech look for or ask for a PCV? Do you have one on your setup?
