Tom, Ingo or whoever.

So far your accomplishment of metal craftsmanship in any level does not count. You are childish and you hurt your business more with every single post.

Fact is, your website showed pictures taken randomly from the internet.
Fact is, ALLOYCARS was caught in lies and deception.
Fact is, Tom, Ingo ALLOYCARS offended, called names had/have/has a very bad attitude here on this forum.
Fact is, we did not see any remorse or an genuine apology.
Fact is, nobody states you did not build a Porsche 550 - however your involvement in the whole project was little.
Fact is, this is a study case for a start-up business - what not, under ANY circumstance to do.
Fact is, ALLOYCARS takes this forum not serious and have a little insight who reads this forum.

At this moment it does not matter what you have done. There is no fix - it comes down to what you gonna do...

PS: Please stop to threaten my friends here, ein gut gemeinter Ratschlag von eimem Deutschen zum anderen....

Ingo, hold your ground, all a man has in this world is his balls and his word. You have extended an invite to the Palm Beach show (with location) as well as provided your factory address in Ft. Lauderdale. Looks like it's time for some 'ugly Americans' to get off their fat asses and come see for themselves what Alloycars is about. True your English is a little rough, maybe some think that makes you suspect, but compared to the German they speak - you are a bilingual master. No one can deny the ALC Spyder isn't a work of art, you deserve the benefit of doubt on the cobra project so keep fighting the good fight.
.

And I don't believe anyone here has even disputed your Porsche.
We are talking about your 427 Cobra project car, right?

Keep fighting the good fight??

This man is trying to sell a premium product yet he argues against all logic from any member that offers advice, support, or the request to stand down.

Bill, you're perhaps a bit too logical. The words he reads are not even close to being processed in a manner that would benefit him or his company. There must be someone near his shop, perhaps a 10 year old, that can guide him toward a sentence or anything that makes a fraction of sense.

Ingo, breath a little. This is not a fight you'll win. Go back to the beginning, read it all over again. Hopefully you'll find where it all went wrong. The stolen pictures, the constant insults, and even the use of the word "retard". Not cool.

Just my opinion.

Agree fully. Will take a little breath and when the time comes we can start over and I will be last one who is not willing to help with my experience.
I cant really hide my expression for members who are not willing to go the objective and true pass. This will never change as I am going to tell the truth about what I think about....sorry.
I will be present at the Exhibition together with part of my team and...the ghost....TOM who started this whole thing. He is offering to apologize to everybody that he, lets say, made things wrong. I have forgiven him and there is not any reason why you guys shouldnt do the same. He is not such the good sales man as I thought....same with me.
If I stepped on feet from objective members I really apologize. If I stepped on someone foot who deserved it....nice....as I told you I never will hide myself behind some insulting threads. I will defend myself until the end.
So lets meet you guys at the exhibition or some representatives and lets go on from there.
Critics are very welcome....
So if you are with me at this point we can just start over. But until no "Cobra" related guy have seen my facility I prefer to be in the background a little bit. Still searching a sales manager in my area. And for who it does matters....I am German....not Floridan

Arrow This is in reference to your MK V offering only, not your Porsche offerings

Ingo/Tom (separate or as one),

The problem started not by me, but by "Tom", when pointed out that he was using pictures from another manufacturer, he denied doing so and told all of us that we were wrong. When the manufacturer of the car being used not only in your ebay ad, but on your web site chimed in, magically the picture was changed (same file name, but different picture). When we pointed out the use of another manufacturers finished car (and who that car belonged to I might add), again, magically the file name remained the same, yet the pictures changed (by the way, some of these pictures are still on your server as of this evening). I see at least three other shots on your web site which were taken off the web and used without permission, a car owned by another FFR member, and a shot of a CSX4000 series car. Magically, I suspect that all I just mentioned will be gone in no time (unless of course you want the file name and extensions first to make it easier). Again, as status quo, I'll expect to be called crazy, stupid, retarded, or any number of undesirable adjectives, and you (Ingo/Tom) will once again deny any wrong doing.

This is not an issue with you being German, Polish, or any other ethnic name you would like to fill in, this has to do with being ready to admit your wrong doing, and stop attempting to hide what has happened in the past. This continued denial on your part is your downfall, as it is plain for all to see what has happened, both when this thread started, and where it ended up as of this evening. No amount of back pedalling will change that.

So, how do you fix the unfixable, come clean, for starters. Then show just your work, and your work alone, without showing another car and claiming it as your own. There are many who had real "hands on" time with the Kirkham supplied, aluminum bodied FFR MK II, and no matter how you paint, polish, or clean it, the car will still not be a product of your company, and when seen out in public by those with that hands on time with it, will know it for what it is, not for what you are projecting it as. Next, I'd suggest removing any content that is not yours from your server, only use your own content (not just pictures grabbed from the web, and again, not of something which is not your product). Finally, be honest with everyone from this day forward. My mother taught me a long time ago, "it is easier to remember the truth, than a lie". I try to live that every day of my life, you might want to as well.

In closing, I was ready to give you the benefit of the doubt until you/Tom made threats against me, all while inviting me to visit your shop, all while perpetuating the lies that still are contained in this thread. if and when I do, I can promise you I won't announce myself ahead of time so as to give you time to "prepare the shop for a good showing". Nor will I come alone, for I now fear that harm might befall me due to your/Tom's irrational behavior here.

As they say, the ball is in your court, you have a choice to make, and that choice will define you and your company forever. I certainly hope you decide to make the right choice.

Have a good evening.

Bill S.

Alloycars,
I have two simple questions.

1. Are Tom and Ingo the same person or not?

2. I just looked at all the MK5 pages on your website. Are ALL the photos on those pages your product?

Are these questions too difficult to answer? I thought I made them simple.

Not difficult at all, but you just talking about something which already has being answered. You are certainly one of those guys who are not objective AND CERTAINLY NOT A CUSTOMER or am I wrong?

Tom will be at the exhibition and will apologize to everybody he step on his feets and he is not more my sales representative. Did you get it now or do I have to repeat it all four threads???
