The reason u need to have a modded dizzy is the ford dizzys only have a crank signal
And some u need a cam signal too
Ford dizzys don't have the crank and cam signal in the dizzy
Holden vt dizzy has both an 8 pulse crank signal and a single cam pulse inside the dizzy
Ford later went to a 58 pulse on the crankshaft pulley and single pulse on the cam
That's y u won't find a ford dizzy with both signals inside
