For what it's worth, I think the above statement has merits. Nothing can be proven except that CSX 2049 is an air-car, and forever will be. My advice to Michael at this point is to acquire a reasonable replica (maybe a bargain car) and paint it up as Paul's #37. Forget about a lawsuit, as only the lawyers make out there. We all know much of the story now and more people lurk than comment. This story is out there now, and won't be forgotten soon. Many bargain Cobras out there that may be affordable. Good Luck.
(PS). I recently completed a replica of my late uncle's 1964 championship modified stock car. The original has long been scrapped (but I do have the roof from the original). We can only do what we can do. You have educated us on the late Paul Cunningham. We feel your loss. Thank you, you can do no more.
