Yea Celtics!

Anyone else get the Cal Car Cover Catalog this month? What an unbelievably top notch picture of a black 57 Buick Special. Unreal. Love to cruise in that.

Tried to load the picture but it failed. Why? Who knows .. too late.

The Lakers have a better record than the Celtics so far. And it seems that when both teams lose it is to one of the bottom teams except the Lakers did lose to Phoenix and they are definitely not a bottom team.

Well it looks like we have another nice day today. Tomorrow is supposed to be mostly sunny but with fairly hard gusts of wind and cooler. Everything around here is all bloomed out and it looks like Spring.

Good morning Sunday. I am really messed up now with this dam time change. By the time I get used to this one they will change it back. Why can't this state be normal in anything and do away with this useless thing?

Warren,

I swear if I ever get another car I am going to send you non stop videos during the Winter when you are snowed in. Right now would be great driving weather here as it is almost like Spring and all the trees and flowers are in full bloom. Time now for a freeze.

Na na nananananana.

Go jump on the back of the Mt Shasta Goddess and take her for a wild ride!

Yesterday was some nice weather. Nice enough for a 2 hour ride. Predicted high temp for next 10 days is about 41°F. Ugh

But I do not need a ride every day. Time for some breakfast, no matter what time it is!

I would think that 41° would be like Summer to you. Oh well, it is nice to see people that have cars out enjoying them. I think my car days are over but I may look into a light airplane. I could always fly over and drop sacks of flower on you as you drive along.

Steve,

Warren just drives in one gear. Why do you think his motor always sounds as if he is going 100 MPH.

Actually, the motion and noise of the videos is nowhere near what it is in person. Sometimes I'll be hard on the brakes going around a corner about 70 MPH, but in the video, it looks like a nice relaxing 30 MPH cruise.

Plus, I really do not wind out the motor. I usually shift somewhere just above 5K RPM.

Well, 2 nice rides over this weekend, but none today. It snowed and about 3 inches piled up, but the warmth in the streets and land melted most of it in a couple of hours. No need to shovel. Gave me time for a great 2 hour nap this afternoon.

Warren,

Glad that your weather is finally getting better. It has been sunny here the past few days but kind of cold and my throat and sinuses keep me from doing much yard work. And now Sweetheart is back in the hospital and may have to have surgery on her right hind knee. Ken said she has twisted it and the ligament is out of the channel plus these small dogs have hind legs that are a little bowed and that put extra strain on them. She is so tiny that if he has to do the surgery, her knee will always be stiff and she won't be able to run and jump like she did before. But now if she runs, she has to hold the leg up and cries when I work with it to get that ligament back in place. Sherry had to have both of her hind legs done but she was larger and after abut 5 months was getting around as well as ever. It is really depressing trying to decide what to do as she wants to run and play so much but with the pain she can't, so maybe the surgery would be the way to go and then she would at least not have the pain of that popping out of place all the time.

Steve,

Thanks for the encouragement. She is so small and just 2 years old the 13th of last month and surgery would be very difficult on her knee and Ken said it would leave it stiff because of the small size. But if that has to be done then so be it. She could at least walk and play some without the pain.

I just tried something new over in the Test Forum. I linked a PPS file there that you can go watch to see if that place would work and it does. This is not a really great file as it isn't scenery but is a scientific type that shows distances from the Earth and then it comes back and goes down to the smallest atom or particle that we are capable of seeing. But now that I know it will work, I can put in some of the really great scenery files and link them from time to time.
