Actually Morgester suggested that a case could be made that a legal out-of-state title must be accepted by CA (ie: I buy a 1965 Cobra Replica from Arizona with a legal 1965 title). He also suggested that as of Jan 1 the BAR may no longer allow one to meet the smog requirements of the year of the block.
