Kristen,
Pictures before you crash the trailer please.
Mike,
Something for you to remember when you are married.
Subject: Jail
A woman awakes during the night to find that her
husband was not in their bed. She puts on her robe
and goes downstairs to look for him.
She finds him sitting at the kitchen table with a hot
cup of coffee in front of him. He appears to be in
deep thought, just staring at the wall.
She watches as he wiped a tear from his eye and takes
a sip of his coffee.
"What's the matter, dear?", she whispers as she steps into the room,"Why are you down here at this time of night?"
The husband looks up from his coffee, "Do you remember
20 years ago when we were dating, and you were only
16?" he asks.
The wife is thinking that her husband is so caring and sensitive.
"Yes I do" she replies. The husband paused. The words were not coming easily.
"Do you remember when your father caught us in the
back seat of my car making love?"
"Yes, I remember" said the wife, lowering herself into a chair beside him.
The husband continued... "Do you remember when he shoved the shotgun in my face and said, "Either you marry my daughter, or I will send you to jail for 20 years"?
"I remember that too" she replied softly."
He wiped another tear from his cheek and said..... "I
would have gotten out today."

Yeah Ron,
And I bet if someone really said that to his wife he would spend the next month in the hospital - if he survived.

GOOOOOOOOODDDDDD Morning CC.
Yes folks, it really is Saturday.
Yes, it snowed again last night. We got more. Kind of wish I had purchased about $10000 of KMart two days agao.
Well, in keeping with the "chat room"...chat.
I G2G.

A great Saturday. It was 88 yesterday and is supposed to be around the same today. To hot to stay out working for very long as there was a little humidity mixed in. And I am to old for the heat as I have had several heat strokes and have to really watch this. But this is just perfect weather and has been all week.
Tru,
If you like I can post a picture of what the sun and grass look like. That way when you snow is gone you will recognize it.

Tru,
It was 88 here yesterday and is supposed to cool down to around 80 today as there is a hard wind blowing. This whole week has been great. I just hate the wind as it really messes my sinuses up and the medicine for them is almost as bad as having my head feel as if it is going to explode. We will have some more cold weather soon though.

Yesterday was a perfect top-down day. Mid 70's.
Gunrack is still in primer at Auto Hospital, Dr. Paintguy says maybe 4 weeks, to paint, stripe, clearcoat, buff and detail.
Try and find a BMW radiator in rural Oklahoma... Yeah. But it's in there, now.
Fired Gunrack up yesterday. Let her go to operating temperature.
WHANNA! Lumpity-lumpity-lump.
Work stopped in the shop, traffic slowed down outside.
Keep in mind that I have been in Cobra withdrawal since two days after Christmas when I was run through a barbed-wire fence.
Yeah. leave it to me to have bad Karma. See my other posts.
Entertaining but true.

At least you don't have to sit in an engineless shell making vroom vroom noises now. Hope you get everything sorted out with GR soon, spring is coming.

Monday morning again. Mike you are up early so you must have something you have to do. Going to be another nice day here today except for the wind. That has my sinuses in a mess. To much pollen in the air. We need a good rain to clear it out.

That is some thing I have not figure what I am going to do. I have no top for the cobra and, well if I am out and about, what do I do if it rains?
I thought about just putting an umbrella over as much as I could and weathering it, but that would lead to a mess.
I have not come up with a good idea for a top. Lone Star has told me they are not doing tops any more.
Got any ideas? Suggestions? Comic relief not withstanding.

Tru,
There used to be an upholstery guy here that built custom tops for different cars and they were great. I don'thave any idea what the cost was, but you might check with some of your local upholstery shope or see if any other brand top would fit on yours.
Other than that if it rains drive fast and blow it over the top of the car. Just kidding.

You are kidding, but that's what Lone Star said was to drive at least 40 and the interior would see little water. Go figure.
I'm gonna check around.
