Thanks Mike and TL, I spoke to Chris at Trusteel and they're pretty reasonable on price for a 12x12x3m raised (American) barn at about 30k with motorised roller door, one PA door and a few windows, etc. Concrete slab is ridiculous though - anyone got a contact?

My concrete was done through trusteel. Came in at $81sqm incl footings

Getting some other concreting done $85sqm. F72 mesh 100mm thick.

Trusteel did the footings.

My slab was done by a local bloke and came in at about $60 per sq meter. F72 mesh, 32MPA and 6" thick. The price was good but the surface finish wasn't as good as I would have liked tough.

I'm getting the exposed Agg driveway for about $80 per sq meter. 5" thick with F72
