Just curious about the employee shortage you have encountered while ther are lots of unemployed people in the US ... What is the specific criteria for the stated "qualified employees" you are looking for? Where are previous applicants falling short?

Difference on pay scale & applicant expectations?
Difference in skills required to do the job?
Work schedule not acceptable?
Difference in benefits expectations?
Geography issues?
Travel issues?
Difference about working conditions?
